Legal Ease specializes in the placement of legal professionals (legal secretaries, paralegals to attorneys) on a temporary basis or into permanent, full time employment. Although based out of San Diego, Legal Ease works with individuals and clients nation wide. We are committed to making the best match possible between our candidates and clients. Meet Our Team
Kristin Berry, San Diego Recruiter:
Kristin was a litigation paralegal for several years with one of the largest plaintiffs’ law firms in the country. After leaving the law firm environment, she worked in-house for a well-known hi-tech company as part of their litigation team. The transition from paralegal to recruiter came naturally because she was able to use her legal background as a foundation for legal experience and law firm requirements. Prior to founding Legal Ease in the fall of 2002, she had worked with another staffing agency. She is a seasoned recruiter with several years of experience and understands the demands of legal support personnel, the law firm culture and client expectations.
Kristin graduated with a BA degree in Sociology and minor in Law & Society from the University of California at San Diego. Upon graduating with her BA, she completed the ABA Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego. Through the University of San Diego’s employment assistance program, she was able to begin her career as a Paralegal.
